Modify existing Approve Requisition JRAD requisition notification ,we are getting unnecessary messa

Hi,

we got requirement to modify existing po requisition approval notifications,to include one custom region. we did customization. it is working for new requisition,but it is not working for old requisition,which are notification laying for approval. 

we are getting message like ,this custom oaf region.
