Elastic Search Undeploying failure

Hi,

I get an error while trying to undeploy search definition, this is not consistent though. Sometime undeploying works very first time, sometimes i have to try multiple times. When it does not work i get this error,

Integration Gateway: General Connection Failed (158,10836) PTSF_ES.ESIMPL.JsonService.OnExecute  Name:sendRequest  PCPC:6977  Statement:100

and the error from app server log

When i looked at some other posts on oracle support site i found something might be wrong within network. I am looking for, what things i should look in network between Peoplesoft and ES? Should i make changes to network set up?
