I have inherited a workflow setup that has Outbound Thread Count set at 20. There is no history as to why this was setup like this. Is there a tuning method that should be followed to set this up?
Our wf_notification queue has gone up in recent days and the SR I raised mentioned that this was an unusual setting as it is so high and could be causing us issues. I can't find much about the reasons why you would set this above 1, so looking for help to try and understand why it would be set above 1.
