Steps to be followed for workflow migrations
Dear Friends,
We are on Oracle Apps Release 12.2.4.
We have recently migrated a change to sales order workflow and after that the order and line workflows are stuck with error and cannot be progressed further.
3 days after we released the change, there was an application maintenance activity and orders created after that maintenance activity are progressing without any issues.
Based on this our team determined that the root cause of the issue is not bouncing the application once the workflow change is migrated.
Is application bounce needed when a workflow change is deployed in production?
Could you please let me the know the sequence of steps to be followed for workflow migrations?
