GST- Is there any option of applying BOE after Receipt creation process?

Hi,

Earlier Receipt cycle unless we apply BOE invoice system ill not allow us to close localization tax window.

But in GST I didn't find any such system control  over BOE application mandatory.

so if user might have not applied BOE at the time of receipt , is there any option to apply the same subsequently.

if so pl share will be helpful
