PS_APP_HOME not showing up as a file server in 8.56.01 change assistant

Is anyone having trouble with the PS_APP_HOME not showing up as a file server in 8.56.01 change assistant? The PS_APP_HOMES show up in "EM hub summary" but when you are applying the image to target database it does not show up in "Select Target database" page. only the PS_HOME is showing up as a file server.
