How to monitor 'xelsysadm' authentications - OIM 11g PS2

I want to create monitoring that tracks the usage of the xelsysadm account.   I want to be able to see all successful and unsuccessful authentications of this account.   How can this be enabled in OIM 11g PS2.

And advice would be appreciated.
