Matching process -email notification.
Currently we are using Matching process and not using the email notification process.
We would like to use the delivered process to send email notification.
How do I setup the email notification and email template for Match exceptions.
I have a requirement to send email notifications for each rule.
Example RULE_E100- Extended Price Tolerance for this rule, email should go to requester as soon as the exception occurs.
After2 days need to send an follow-up email.
After 5 days escalation email.
Email should include voucher id, invoice id, PO id, receipt id, invoice amount and invoice date
and some other body with custom text.
