Notification to Delegate?

Hi Everyone,

Is there a delivered notification in PeopleSoft 9.2 that would tell someone when a user has delegated their authority to them and for what period of time?

Is there anywhere a general user could see this type of information? Without granting access to security/user profiles?

Our folks are asking for visibility into this information, but so far, I've not found anything besides creating a query and related content for who currently has delegation set.
