Failed to connect Session Delivery Manager SDM (NNC): Web access

Morning,

I have an issue with Oracle SDM previously NNC. Before today the server run well but seddenly I can't have a web access.

When I type server's IP address I get below error message:

Yello message shows: connection denied by web server.

And also: error code 10061 connection denied

IPTBALES is stopped and HTTPD is running.

This server manager 02 SBC 4500.

Anyone would have an idea ?
