SQL Server 2016 - PeopleTools 8.55 performance issue

We upgraded our People Tools into 8.55 and SQL server to 2016. now We are noticing that some of the long running reports are taking really very long time to complete,  the reports which took 45 minutes before now taking 7 hours to complete, is anyone facing this kind of issue on PeopleSoft and SQL server 2016 environment .
