Activity guide pagelet and task bar not appearing in CS 9.2

Hi all,

     I am having a major issue with activity guides not working in 9.2. I had activity guides working in 9.0 without an issue. The biggest problem is that when clicking the task under the To Do list, the only thing that is appearing is a blank Student Task Workcenter and the left menu navigation. The activity guide pagelet and the activity guide task bar do not appear. If I directly access the activity guide from the left menu navigation, the activity guide pagelet and the task bar appear (although, the previous and next buttons remained grayed out).

Does anyone on CS 9.2 that are successfully using activity guides have any suggestions? I have an Oracle case opened but they are giving me the run-around and not actually helping to resolve the issue. It's been handed over to 3 different analysts, so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
