TDS exception Setup

HI,

I have given two conditions under exception setup for 194C and assigned two different vendors against each condition but system is showing two vendors against each condition

i have give like below

1) 1st condition : 1 to 10000  and above 10001 for Act tool vendor

2) 2nd condition : 1 to 20000 and above 20001 for OM Enterprises vendor

but system is showing against each condition two vendor names. kindly suggest the same
