where to find the change package for peopletools 8.55 upgrade in Change Assistant

I am in a process of upgrade our PT from 8.54 to 8.55.  Following is my process

- Downloaded PT 8.55.17 DPK

- Unzipped the zip file 1of4 into DPK_INSTALL directory

- Deployed  the PS_HOME and other components - PS S \DPK_INSTALL\setup> ./psft-dpk-setup.ps1 -env_type midtier -deploy_only -deploy_type all

- Deploy the PT Client DPK in Standalone Mode - \DPK_INSTALL>SetupPTClient.bat -t -d E -l

- Start Change Assistant to start the upgrade. During the creation of the upgrade job, ran into an issue with seeing packages for upgrade and patching at the "Change Package Wizard  - Change Package Settings." page  I picked all possible directories under DPK_INSTALL (including DPK_INSTALL directory).  There is no package to be seen.  I am not sure if I need to create a package from the download or not. There is no instruction on how to do this in any PT upgrade document I could find.
