How to modify the RTF template for the Payment confirmation letter in Advanced collections

Hi,

I am looking to change the wording in the Payment confirmation letter which is used for Correspondence during the payment processing in advanced collections.

The update button in the XML RTF form is disabled for IEXPAYCONF file so how can I update it.

I created a custom rtf document and attached to the original XML but that didn't work .
