PeopleTools 8.55 Single Signon Issue
We are in PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.55.06 after PeopleTools 8.55 upgrade we are having more single signon issues although it is not happening for all the peoplesoft users, it is happening for some of them very frequently. Either user has to click multiple times or some time rebooting the machine and try the single signon. This is some of the errors i see in Application server log. TRUEV is the user id from PeopleSoft.
PSAPPSRV.688 (2618) [2017-07-14T08:53:57.744 GetCertificate] - - - (1) (NET.502): TRUEV@domain name is an Invalid User ID, or you typed the wrong password. User ID and Password are required and case-sensitive. Make sure you're typing in the correct upper and lower case.
