Anyone know the algorithm to resolve PSPNLDEFN.PNLUSE?

That's it. Like RECUSE or USEEDIT, there must be an algorithm(or pattern) that App Designer uses to resolve all the possible combinations that make up the value of this field but i can't figure it out.
