SAML user access to Oracle EBS via OAM SP

Can SAML (Federated) users gain access to Oracle EBS if the EBS is fronted by OAM in SP mode and OAM is integrated with EBS 12.1.3 and OID 11.1.1.9?

If so, is there a cookbook approach that I can use in order to set this up?

If this is possible, it would make things easier for me as many of our campuses have there local security systems fronted by SAML IDPs.

Please advise.
