ORSIM Order is not updated as completed
Hi All,
I am having integration of CRM and ORSIM and we successfully processed numbers of orders but only 1 is reflecting as completed.
where as possible status’ are INPROGRESS (1), COMPLETED(2), CANCELLED(3), NEW (0)
Overall in ORSIM we are seeing 96 orders in the following status’:
INPROGRESS 4
COMPLETED 1
CANCELLED 16
NEW 75
So it appears as though Orders processed through CRM are not being completed in ORSIM.
Can ORSIM experts guide me what could be the reason behind this.
