PeopleTools 8.56 Patch Updates not available on MOS

For the past several days, PeopleTools 8.56.02 has been unavailable on MOS. It was available on 08/04/2017. This is what results from a search for patches required at upgrade/install:

Has anyone else observed this or is there a serious problem with 8.56.02 requiring it to be removed?

It is not available on the Software Delivery Cloud.
