Oracle Retail RMS - Dashboards

Has anyone figured out how to update RMS_OI_* tables that control dashboards within RMS.

Short of creating a script to update these tables, is there a template to download.. update values and upload back into RMS via spreadsheet (.ods) induction process much like other foundation data.

I was led to believe that this was the mechanism from SR notes.
