View Scroll Position

Some of our views contain fairly long form applets, and as a result, there is often a vertical scroll bar on the applet.

The problem is that in many cases, the scroll position is not set at the top of the page when the view loads, but rather the top of the second applet. So, in order to see the list applet, the user must scroll up. Having come from Siebel 8.1, where all views always load scrolled all the way to the top, the users find this disorienting and don't like it. I have looked through all of the settings in various views, view templates, and screens, and can find nothing that would explain why one view loads at the top, and
