Trying to do Payment for official transcript request in peoplesoft campus solutions 9.0

Hello All,

1. I'm trying to Make a Payment for official transcript under the Navigation Mainmenu >Selfservice> Academic Records > Request Official Transcript

2.  After entering all the fields when student clicks on submit it has to Route to Payment Gateway page(Our third party Payment gateway is Cybersource.)

3. As soon as the student submits the request it displays page like shown in attachment (Page 404 not found error ).

4. We thought like may be security keys got expired. so we changed the secret key in server and access key in Adapter configuration but still page is not routing to payment gateway.

Please advice me how to route to payment gateway page(Cybersource).
