PS developer question, how to get sign off back on the page instead of clicking twice to sign off fr

"end users asking why the "Sign Out" link is now located in a dropdown menu instead of the link in the top right"
The users only had to click on sign out on 91 because it is always on the top right

NOW in 92
users are asking "NOW in 92" , WHY do we have to "click more" to sign out?
users asking why now in a drop down when it was easier to sign out in 91?

in 91 > always see signoff > click it > you are signed off.
in 92 > click drop down > THEN click sign off > you are signed off.

see on 91 the sign out is always on top? users just go to it and click sign out.
