Peoplesoft ppltls84cur project shows an older last update timestamp.

Hi,

We have recently upgraded(Peopletools only upgrade) our Finance 9.2 application from PT 8.54.25 to 8.55.15 using change assistant. We applied the tools upgrade on dev(Feb 2017), test, uat and prod(June 2017) environments. However, when we checked the last update time on production for PPLTLS84CUR, it shows Feb 2017 time stamp- that is when this project was copied to dev database. We have used delivered option in Change assistant tool- Upgrade Peopletools. Can anyone please explain this.
