OIA error on start

Hi experts,

I have a very strange scenario with OIA 11.1.1.5.0. I have it deployed on a weblogic cluster, with index files not shared. So, after configuring and testing RBACX_HOME on node 1, I copy entire filesystem to node 2, so configuration files are the same.

When starting managed servers, node 1 start correctly and OIA works. But on node 2, it throws following exceptions.

Can it be that some files must be different on both nodes on RBACX_HOME? I understand that rbacx_staging folder should not, because it only serves for deploying, but all rest outside deploy silesystem should be the same..
