IDMHC-11002: Free memory check has failed error while installing LCM IDM on oel7.4

Hi All,

I am trying to install LCM IDM 11.1.2.3.0 in a docker container which has Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.4 (Maipo).

I am getting below error during preverify check in IDM_idm.us.oracle.com-PreInstallChecks_mandatory_2017-08-21_10_18-30AM.log :

Minimum expected memory = 13.0 GB.

Recommended memory = 35 GB.
