AMS: Marketing Generic Approvals workflow Approver not receiving Email

OZF Claims needs to be approved by authorized approvers for further processing.
Workflow background process creates the notifications and we can see them in wf_notifications table.
Notifications are seen on the Approver's worklist when he logs in the Oracle Apps. Approver is able to 'Approve' the claim from there.
But Approvers are NOT receiving Email notifications.
Please see the attached 'AMSGAPP Workflow Email Issue.docx' for example with workflow activity/ definition and Workflow Attributes.
We have Approver set up as an employee and his email Id is set-up and Approver's Email preference is active. Other Workflows in Our oraganization are able to send Emails.
