IP 2017 enable the vertical scroll bar in list applets

Dear team,

There have been queries around enabling vertical scroll bar in list applets since the inception of OUI. I have also seen some blog posts showing some work around to make the scroll button render next to the list applet but ultimately it still remains as a button and not a scroll like the one in old HI.

Is there any way to enable the same in IP 2017? The clients still insist to have the list applet navigation as in HI.

Please suggest.
