On PUM Image 23 for HCM for Window Native OS - download is failing immediately on file 9 of 11.

On PUM Image 23 for HCM for Window Native OS - download is failing immediately on file 9 of 11.

Attempted download from PC and from servers ... all other files download successfully.

Used varied browsers also - Chrome, IE, Edge and Firefox

The error is a simple Page will not load error but its consistent ... I get it every time

even from a server with 32gb of RAM and a Terabyte of disk

I opened a case with support but they said they are not reporting any issues

Has anyone else run into this??
