configureSecurityStore.py is failing while creating security store in OIM domain

configureSecurityStore.py is failing while creating security store

Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

Following steps were done,

(1) Installed OIM 11.1.2.3 software

(2) Used RCU to install OIM schema

(3) Ran config.sh to create new OIM Domain

(4) Ran configureSecurityStore.py script.

However this script fails with the following error,

/mw_home/oracle_common/common/bin/wlst.sh /mw_home/Oracle_IAM1/common/tools/configureSecurityStore.py -v -d /mw_home/user_projects/domains/IAMDomain -c IAM -p <password> -m create

Info: Domain directory is:  /mw_home/user_projects/domains/IAMDomain

Info: Server Type is:  DB_ORACLE

Info: JPS root is:  cn=jpsroot

Info: Data source is: opss-DBDS
