Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi Christine,

Could you please let me know the reason on below two.

1. Some times we can see score & score name in UWQ and some times blank

2. We can see the different scores between UWQ and collection score for the same customer account
