Distribution Status is going to "Not Posted" when Email and XLS options is selected in the Process S

Distribution Status is going to "Not Posted" when Email and XLS options is selected in the Process Scheduler before running PS Query.Error is HTTP Transfer Error.It is happening in all the environments including Production.

If web and txt option is selected for the same query the distribution status going to "Posted".

Any can help on this.We need the solution asap as it is happening in production.
