Collections status is not showing Correctly

Hi Team,

We are using collections at Account Level. But unable to understand how this will work for 3rd party Customers

Could you please help me for the below scenario

Here is the example:   Customer_A, Customer_B are Customers of X-Organization. Customer_B is the Third party Customer through Customer_A

when we create the transaction for B

ship to location is Customer_A,

Sold Customer is Customer_A,

Bill to location is Customer_B

When I went to the UWQ(Universal Work Queue) Customer_B is showing as Current and showing the transactions where as Customer_A is showing as
