Recoverable flag not enabled after deliver in receipts India Tax details form

After deliver the material in receipts, in India Tax details for recoverable flag not enabled for recoverable tax. But same tax recoverable flag is getting enabled at time of receipt and accept. After deliver the transaction only we can able to do process claim. Due to this issue we unable to do claim the recoverable tax. In process claim form there is no records after deliver.
