Push Notifications for PeopleSoft AP Voucher Match Exceptions

We are looking at using to have AP Voucher Match Exceptions appear in the Push Notifications.  Has anybody been successful in setting this up?  If so, what did you do to get it working?

We are using PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 image 23 and PeopleTools 8.55.14.
