Data Archive Manager - Archive Object HRS_APPLICANT

I am running Data Archive Manager in PeopleSoft 9.2 - PeopleTools 8.55.17.  I am trying to archive Applicants and Job openings using delivered archive objects and templates.  The data for applicants is not being archived from table HRS_RCMNT, ever though it is in the Archive Object HRS_APPLICANT.  Data is being archived  from other tables listed in the archive object.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?
