Hello There,

Hope everyone is doing fine. I need a quick with an issue adding new process(job item) to PS job.

We have created a custom job with some processes. But when we come open it later on and try to add a new process to the same job we get "Page data not consistent with Database". I think this is a known bug as per Doc ID 2195007.1. Is there a workaround for PT 8.55.02

After hitting save a couple time it shows to be added to the job. When this same job is scheduled using recurrence definition, it runs fine the first recurrence but when it gets queued for the next run, it runs with missing this newly added process. can someone help, please? Because of this, we are unable to schedule our job in PROD.
