OIM not able to load libOVD plugin

Hi

I have written a OVD plugin which works as expected in ovd.

I wan to invoke the plugin from libovd in OIM . I added the plugin to the plugin chain in libovd and copied the plugin jar unde

/u01/app/oracle/product/fmw/oracle_common/modules/oracle.ovd_11.1.1/

/u01/app/oracle/product/fmw/Oracle_IDM1/server/apps/oim.ear/APP-INF/lib

But OIM is not able to load the jar

Can some how libovd plugin jars are loaded in OIM ?

Is there a folder in oIM  where custom ovd plugins can be copie

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.wp.ovd.plugin.wpplugin
