Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Team,

I need your help to understand about disputes.

I have created a dispute and status I can see as Pending for Approval and then I have created payment against the same transaction.

After payment also I can the status of Dispute as Pending for Approval only and unable to find the credit memo in receivables.

Please let me know where do I check credIt memo created against dispute and what about dispute status on CWQ and when it will be closed?
