Upgrade capability for the case of upgrade from FSCM 8.4 to 9.2.

I have a customer who is thinking about upgrading their PeopleSoft FSCM system from 8.4 to 9.2.

As there is not the direct upgrade path from FSCM 8.4 to 9.2, they may need to upgrade to 9.0 and then upgrade to 9.2.

I have two questions here.

Q1. How can we get the install image for FSCM 9.0 ?

# I have not been able to find it on https://edelivery.oracle.com/ although can reach 9.1 and 9.2 there.

Q2. What do we have to take attentions in the case of 2 steps upgrade ?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
