Can we schedule the query reports in recurrence 1st day of every month with changing bind parameters

Hi, I have a query that has (bind) run control parameters as From Date, To Date and User. Is there a possibility to schedule the query reports in recurrence for the 1st day of every month with the from date as 1st of Aug (eg) and To date as 31 Aug (eg)  for the list of users ? Every month when this query report to be scheduled with the appropriate run control parameters and the query report to be distributed to the user. Thanks,
