Journals validated are erroring for out of balance

Hello,

We just upgraded from 9.1 -> 9.2 PUM 22.

I ran Journal Generate for Accrued Receipts.

The Journals are created successfully however the transactions have to be corrected for Chart of Accounts.

Once we do this and run Process 'Edit Journal', system is creating Error with a message "Journal is not balanced on journal totals or balancing ChartField totals."

We confirmed downloading data into excel and did not find any out of balance.

The same works if the transaction that was loaded was not edited.

Any idea if this is a bug or an issue with upgrade?
