Bengal withholding tax

Can anybody help me?

Requirement: period withholding tax, the amount range. Only get one rate from amount ranges tax.That is, when a higher tax rate range is reached, the original low tax rate is recalculated at a high tax rate. Can the standard function be implemented?

Case:

Amount Range:

From   to   rate

0    - 100  3%

100  - 1000 10%

1000 - Over 20%

Invoice 1:

Invoice Amount :50

Amount Subject to Withholding : 50

Invoice Withholding: 50*3%

Period Amount Withheld: 50*3%

Invoice 2:

Invoice Amount :100

Amount Subject to Withholding : 150

Invoice Withholding: 150*10%-50*3% (Not 100*3%+50*10%-50*3%)

Period Amount Withheld: 150*10% (Not 100*3%+50*10%)

It is Bengal requirement, But I can not found the location solution.
