CASH FORECAST ARCHIVE/PURGE

Hi All,

I have some project requirement to purge the cash forecast data and for that i have come across a program called:- PURGE CASH FORECASTS but my question is before doing this activity, what are the other prerequisites and dependencies are to be look into.

Please provide some help on this!!!
