Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Good day!

I would like to ask if this relationship is correct in RMS:

All informal pack items (im.aip_case_type = I) are vendor packs (im.pack_type = V)

All formal pack items (im.aip_case_type = F) are buyer packs (im.pack_type =

where im = item_master

I've searched in Oracle documentation for supporting info but to no avail.
