Transfer/Delegate notification only for Active Employee

   Dear

  In oracle hrms we have different type of people records like applicant, employee, ex-employee but while assigning notification it show all type of people instead of active employee, is there any way in system to be restricted only Current employee which works for all responsibility while transferring/delegating notification to other person.
