Check document definition. (2,1011) error for Import Export Request

Hi,

We are trying to build a custom mapping definition. where we are mapping DB table Vs. xml file. however we are getting below error. If I remove exoernalID field mapping process goes to success. I'm unable to understand what's issue with external id field.

Kindly advice.
