Why did my CS PUM 006 Native Windows setup display errors while “Setting up Puppet”?

My “./psft-dpk-setup.ps1” had been chugging along fine in my Administrator Powershell window until it reached:

Setting up Puppet on the Host:

Copying PeopleSoft Puppet Modules: & : The term '\bin\puppet.bat' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program.

Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
