Record Activities via PT or Oracle Database for HRMS Aditing Purposes

Hi Everyone,

Is there anyone out there who has a procudure or know of documents regarding how and what to set the activities recordings for auditing purposes?  Specifically for HRMS?

we are currently have PT 8.54 and HRMS 92 Oracle 12.1.
